Chris is a California native, born at Vandenberg Space Force Base in Lompoc, CA. He currently resides in the city of Arroyo Grande, CA. Prior to associating with EB Investments, Chris worked for Century 21 Hometown Realty, Windermere and Coldwell Banker Realty (NRT Inc.) for over 17 years, specializing in 1031 tax deferred exchanges, probate, REO, Short Sales, luxury leasing and estate planning. As a former volume account broker for Federal Home Loan Mortgage Inc. (FREDDIE MAC) Chris has extensive experience in asset management, and the disposition of REO properties, including being an expert in construction cost estimating. Chris has excellent accounting skills, P&L experience, and strong database management skills.
